Master The English correspondence course 'Software engineering for embedded systems', which is offered in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute for Experimental Software Engineering, closes immediately with the title 'Master of Engineering' from. The correspondence course will start in winter semester 2009/2010, enrollments are possible in May.
The four-semester training program is directed at (business) computer scientists, engineers such as mechanical engineers or electrical engineers, but also to mathematicians and physicists who wish to extend their qualifications to obtain knowledge of software development and new technologies. Graduates in industrial engineering may provide only in the subject area 'Management' register. The engineers have at least two years in software development (SE) act.
In most industries that use the software embedded in products, such as in electronic control units in the automotive industry, adopted the 'Embedded Software' a central role. Companies are the Challenged to use more and more experienced engineers in the domain of SE.
The Distance Learning Course makes a contribution to this high training needs and provides expertise in all key areas of knowledge and application of the SE with a focus on embedded systems.
