Hearty pea soup
300 g peas
300 ml broth
50 ml cream
1 chicken breast fillet
1 tablespoon bacon
1 onion diced
1 clove garlic
red Chili pepper 1 tablespoon canola oil
the chicken breast fillet cut into thin strips and fry in canola oil all around.
the onion and bacon cubes diced. Fry until soft. The chili peppers and sauté briefly.
the peas in broth and cream until soft and not too fine puree.
the meat with the onions, bacon bits and chili pepper to give.
