500 g plate lenses

powerful hot stock 1 carrot, sliced
1 onion, diced bacon
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 2 tablespoons canola oil
2 - 3 tablespoons vinegar

Speckwüfel onion and fry in canola oil. The carrot slices and add something sauté. Now add garlic and lentils and combine about 2 minutes, stirring the flavors can: o))
The hot broth and add about 45 minutes very gently simmer. The lenses should still have some bite. Season with vinegar nicely acidic.
You might want to tie the lenses with a dark roux.
wieners put on the lenses and heat a few minutes. There are Knöpfle or noodles.
