Tipsy Chocolate Amarettini muffins


120 g soft butter 120 g sugar

150 g bittersweet chocolate - melted 3 eggs separated

240g Spelt flour type 630
2 teaspoon cream of tartar, baking soda

butter, sugar and egg yolks until creamy. to stir the melted chocolate.
add flour and baking powder and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

fill a greased and floured muffin in the form and one each Amarettini easy push.

in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes bake.
